Case Study Writers was created by Kate Philbin. Kate is an experienced copywriter who understands the extraordinary value of case studies to organisations and knows how to maximise this value.
When Kate was commissioned by Health Education England to write a report outlining how education can improve patient safety in England she recommended including case studies as a way of strengthening the argument for change. Some case studies in the report showcased best practice, others illustrated what organisations had learned after things went wrong and the steps they’d taken to prevent the same problems in the future.
Over the last 25 years, Kate has written case studies for some of the largest organisations in the UK including the NHS, the Scottish Government, the British Council, the Department for Education, UK Trade & Investment, Health Education England, the Ambulatory Emergency Care Network, the Emergency Care Improvement Programme and the British Chambers of Commerce.
She has gained extensive experience and a detailed understanding of how and why case studies work. Kate founded Case Study Writers after realising that while many organisations are doing fantastic work, not all of them are great at showcasing this work. The aim is to offer specialist expertise to organisations worldwide that have stories worth sharing. Case Study Writers is the place to come for all types of case study writing, advice and training.
We don’t just write case studies, of course, and we recognise that when you have worked with us on case studies you may want us to write other content for you as well. Visit our Services section for full details of all the copywriting services we offer, including: blogs, websites, articles, press releases, reports and editing.
